The Ribeira Brava Dive Center team welcomes you and invites you to discover the fantastic underwater world of our Region.

Carlos Relvas, founder of Ribeira Brava Dive Center and Calheta Dive Center, has been diving since 1968.

Located on Praia da Ribeira Brava, on the beach left side, we have all the equipment you might need, including the diving boat. We offer daily departures by boat to diving spots located in the southwest of Madeira. We also organize trips to  other spots on the Island where there are Natural Reserves.​

Whether you are an experienced, certified or novice diver, everyone will have moments of fun and discovery. Come and visit the wonderful underwater landscape, the fauna, flora and shipwrecks.​

We do diving baptisms – Try Scuba, Introductory Diving Courses, Basic Diver, Open Water and continuous Rescue and DiveMaster courses, with theory, confined water and open water. Become an SSI certified diver and explore the depths of our Atlantic.
